LiteSpeed Speed Optimization Test on Hostinger

This is a simple WordPress site speed benchmark test I ran to get some real hard numbers on the speed benefits of enabling the “Advanced” LiteSpeed optimization settings in the Hostinger hpanel and enabling the object cache setting.

Benchmark notes: This test was conducted on live WordPress sites, all blogs and info sites. I first benchmarked the sites’ speed before setting the LiteSpeed configuration to “Advanced”, then after 2 – 6 tests per site I enabled the “Advanced” LiteSpeed configuration in Hostinger’s hpanel, and re-ran the tests. View the results below! TL;DR on average enabling the “Advanced” LiteSpeed configuration in hpanel increased speed by about 10% – 20%, although there were definitely outliers. Tests were run using https://pagespeed.web.dev

Additional notes: If you are using Hostinger you can enable the “Advanced” LiteSpeed configuration via navigating to “Websites” -> MyWebsite.com -> “WordPress” -> “Overview”, and setting the LiteSpeed configuration to “Advanced” as seen below.

Additional notes continued: If you are not using Hostinger’s hpanel to manage websites, you may be able to acquire similar results by configuring your LiteSpeed server similar to the preset “Advanced” configuration Hostinger provides. See below:
